**Position Title:** **Health Center Dining Manager - Juno Beach, FL**

**Salary:** **$70,000 - $75,000**

**Other Forms of Compensation:** Merit Increases

**Position Highlights:**

+ **Schedule:** Lunch and dinner oversight with some weekends (this is _not_ a 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. schedule)
+ **Team Leadership:** Manage a team of 7–8 dining associates
+ **Experience Preferred:** Knowledge of tray line service, therapeutic and modified diets (mechanical, dysphagia, puréed, etc.), and dining room etiquette
+ **Certifications:** CDM not required but considered an asset; ServSafe required
+ **Skills:** Strong communication, leadership, and a hands-on management style with a focus on sanitation and service excellence
