The Sales Originator is a critical role in our Health and Benefits (H&B) practice, driving revenue growth by building relationships with prospective clients and seeing them through the full sales cycle. Leveraging WTW’s deep specialty resources, intellectual capital and innovative products and solutions, you will be expected to present our market leading value proposition to close new client business. Success is directly tied to achievement of personal sales success for the Toronto H&B office, with incentive compensation aligned accordingly.

The Role

• Primary accountability for creating and executing strategy to penetrate the local market
• Lead and generate personal sales pipeline that supports the achievement of local revenue growth goals with a primary focus on attaining new clients
