Insight Global is looking for a Manager, Safety & Health to lead and oversee all EHS operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This individual will manage and mentor a team of safety professionals while driving overall safety strategy, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements, and embedding a strong safety culture across the plant. On a daily basis, they will partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify risks, conduct hazard assessments, and implement mitigation strategies, while also overseeing industrial hygiene programs such as exposure monitoring, ergonomics, and chemical safety. The role includes leading incident investigations, performing root cause analysis, and tracking corrective actions, as well as supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
