Tonkin + Taylor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead our Health, Safety and Wellbeing function across New Zealand. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving our HSW systems, supporting safe work practices, and promoting a positive safety culture across the business.

You will lead a dedicated HSW team, provide trusted advice to senior leaders, project teams, and work with the HSW Management team to ensure our systems remain effective, legally compliant and aligned with ISO standards.
