Duties and responsibilities: PPE management Facilitate distribution of clean laundry Housekeeping and stock control Communication with relevant heads of department Cooperate with HSE site team for control of the HSE documentation drawn up by the contractor and, if necessary, make amendments to it. Implement, support, and monitor all initiatives aimed at improving safety and environmental standards on site cooperating with the site HSE team, and providing timely information on events of interest. Draw up periodic reporting of KPIs to HSEQ department in compliance with Project Companys guidelines. Investigation of incidents (near misses, emergency situation, first aid) analysing the information, defining the root cause, identifying risk control measures, and formulating report & action plan for implementation.
