Providing authoritative guidance to the project and construction team on legal compliance topics such as risk assessments, legal audits, claims from local authorities regarding site safety, labor inspections, safety committee work streams, contingencies determination, work position adaptations, and incident investigations. Planning and developing strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines, recommending suitable processes aligned with client and regulatory standards. Supporting the existing site safety team to maintain reporting regimes for Health and Safety statistics. Supporting business change via effective change management processes in a fast‑paced environment when required.
