Being responsible in recruitment and management of a team of pre-sales specialists.
Provide coaching and guidance to the presales team in the areas of technical knowledge enhancement, customer requirement study, presentation and demonstration skill.
Acquire and equipped with in-depth product knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and provide high-level consulting when require.
Develop and maintain close working relationship with principal’s Sales Engineers to ensure product messaging are in line and proposed solutions are appropriate to meet customer’s requirement.
Act as a liaison between sales & post-sales team in bridging the gap of commercial and technical feasibility.
