Position Summary: The Blaze Swim Club Team Coach is responsible for managing and directing the Blaze Swim Club program under the supervision of the Community Education Aquatics Coordinator. The coach oversees all practices and swim meets and ensures swim club members receive individual and group instruction tailored to the needs and skill ability of each individual.



Qualifications, Certifications and Experience:

Pre-employment Certifications


+ USA Swimming Coach Certification

+ Johnston Blaze Swim Club will cover the cost of required USA Swimming certification and background check. Time spent earning or maintaining certification will not be compensated.
