Real Estate Expertise: Must have hands-on experience selling High-Rise, Township, and/or Commercial projects

Channel Partners: Demonstrated ability to build, manage & scale a strong CP/broker network

Geographic Exposure : Punjab market knowledge mandatory; North India exposure preferred

Team Management: Experience leading teams of 15+ sales & marketing professionals
