As Head RDS Insurance Sales UK & Ireland, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Solutions business in Insurance and Public Sector market segments. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deepen relationships with existing clients and develop new revenue streams, particularly with non‑clients and in adjacent segments. This role is key to expanding our fee‑based income and supporting the growth of our core RDS Insurance Solutions offerings.
Drive sales of RDS Insurance Solutions products, consulting services and analytics projects for the United Kingdom & Ireland markets.
Lead a team of sales and customer success professionals, creating a high‑performing team to successfully achieve annual plan ambitions aligned to global standards.
Own the regional Market Unit relationships and partner with the MU heads to execute the RDS Insurance regional plan.
