We’re now seeking a proactive Head of Physiotherapist to lead our department and shape the future of physical therapy services within our nursing home.
Your Role
As Head Physiotherapist, you’ll be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You’ll play a key role in strategic planning, service development, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the physiotherapy team across inpatient and outpatient services
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols
Provide clinical supervision, training, and performance reviews
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
Monitor and improve service quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
Contribute to budgeting, resource allocation, and departmental planning
