What the role is
As Head (Governance Unit) in the Performance & Evaluation directorate, you will lead, develop and motivate a team of officers, and ensure timely and quality deliverables are achieved. The directorate works to enable a high‑performance government through better value and accountability for public spending and outcomes.
What you will be working on
- Policy and planning
– Formulate and implement policies and processes to strengthen public financial governance and address risks. - Assessments and reviews
– Work with stakeholders to assess audit observations, propose responses and monitor follow‐ups;
– Review agencies’ proposals relating to formation/restructuring of statutory boards and provide inputs/recommendations. - Transformation and communication
