Reporting to the Executive Chef Brown's & Balmoral, Ross Sneddon, this role is ideal for an aspiring Senior Pastry Sous Chef looking for the first Head Pastry Chef role.
Along with delivering our dessert and pastry menu to the highest standards, and to budget, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside talented Pastry Sous Chef to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.
