111 Management is seeking a commercially driven and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program. This role requires strong menu development skills, financial awareness, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, well-costed dessert menus aligned with the brand.
- Create signature and seasonal offerings with strong visual and commercial appeal.
- Manage food cost, wastage, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with the Group Executive Chef for management on pricing, promotions, and revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team, ensuring strong communication and teamwork.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to social media‑ready presentation.
