Position Overview

Role Overview
The Head – Operations & Projects will lead end-to-end execution, commissioning, and operational excellence of the Green Ammonia project. This role is responsible for project delivery (EPC/EPCM coordination), plant operations, safety, cost control, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with sustainability, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Delivery
Lead development and execution of Green Ammonia projects from FEED to commissioning and handover
Oversee EPC/EPCM contractors, licensors, OEMs, and consultants
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Manage project risks, change management, and milestone tracking
Coordinate with technology providers (electrolyzers, ASU, Haber-Bosch loop, storage & logistics)
