The Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic person to fill the role of our Head of Workplace Experience. As our Head of Workplace Experience you will manage all aspects of the workplace experience for our 800+ employees across 10 countries. In this fundamental role, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive, productive, and compassionate environment, nurturing a culture that seamlessly blends performance and wellbeing for our global staff.

What you'll do

Spearhead and develop a cross-functional workplace experience team based in Berlin, Munich and Bucharest.

Be responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of workplace experiences, including office relocations and moves - with an imminent move for our HQ in Berlin.

Drive the global strategy and execution for workplace services, real estate, office operations, and environmental health & safety.
