Job Descriptions:

• Lead and integrate all functions in Environmental Protection and Water Treatment plants.
• Ensure production, quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety rules.
• Control water, wastewater, and solid waste treatment costs and processes.
• Monitor treated water and wastewater quality, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Establish objectives, policies, and procedures for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with pulp, paper, chemical, and power plants to improve environmental performance.
• Represent the unit in internal and external relations, including government agencies.
• Implement sustainability compliance and management systems (ISO, HSE, MBOS, etc.).
• Lead and develop supervisors, managers, and experts to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for environmental and water treatment operations.
