Responsibilities Voucher Strategy & Growth Own and lead the end‑to‑end voucher strategy, focusing on closed‑loop voucher programmes. Define target segments, use cases and value propositions across Flash’s ecosystem. Identify new voucher opportunities aligned to customer needs and commercial return. Drive adoption, scale and performance across all distribution channels. Commercial Ownership Own the commercial performance of the voucher portfolio, including revenue growth, margin performance and portfolio optimisation. Define and evolve pricing, commercial structures and partner value propositions. Ensure voucher programmes are effectively commercialised, not just launched.
