Position Overview
Responsibilities - Develop and implement the Academy s vocational education strategy in alignment with institutional goals and national workforce priorities.
- Lead the planning, development, and expansion of vocational education and training programs.
- Identify emerging industry trends and recommend new qualifications and training initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators and monitor departmental performance.
- Oversee the design, review, and continuous improvement of vocational curricula and qualifications.
- Ensure all programs are competency-based and aligned with the UAE National Qualifications Framework and relevant accreditation requirements.
- Approve learning outcomes, assessment strategies, and training methodologies.
