Mashreq is seeking a leader for the UAE Middle Markets Origination Unit. This role will be responsible for originating new corporate clients with annual turnover between AED 200 million and AED 1 billion. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, lead a team, and collaborate with various internal departments to build strong relationships in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years in corporate banking, demonstrating success in credit structuring and team management within a performance-driven environment.
