Adecco’s client is seeking an experienced Head of Training to lead the development and governance of technical learning frameworks across its asset servicing operations. This role will be responsible for strengthening staff technical competencies and building a structured knowledge management ecosystem that supports multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate will drive the design and delivery of comprehensive training programmes, establish learning pathways for both new and experienced employees, and develop internal trainer capabilities.
