A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition (Senior Manager) to lead the in‑house Talent Acquisition function supporting operations, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate hiring. This role will lead the TA team and partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to drive workforce planning, strategic hiring initiatives, and talent pipeline development in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the in‑house Talent Acquisition team to deliver hiring targets and recruitment excellence.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment strategies across engineering, manufacturing, operations, technical, and corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and hiring priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for semiconductor and wafer fabrication talent in Singapore and the region.
