Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment of staff ensuring strong alignment with business leaders, corporate leaders, and HR generalists.
• To guide leadership in: design and implementation of company-wide strategies;
• establishing a compelling employment brand;
• developing new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes;
• developing competency models used for selection and assessment;
