- Procurement & Vendor Management- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with medical suppliers, distributors, and service providers.- Manage the tendering, bidding, and contracting processes for high-value medical equipment and consumables.- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality- Inventory Management- Oversee the daily operations of central receiving, warehousing, and internal distribution networks.- Maintain optimal par levels to prevent stockouts of critical clinical items (e.G., Surgicals) and mitigate overstocking.- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits in alignment with finance department requirementsWork closely with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads to anticipate supply needs and resolve product backorders
