The Chief Broking Officer LATAM is responsible for developing and driving Aon’s regional broking strategy to include building a coordinated broking organization that drives value to clients and owns the industry with innovation and thought leadership using data & analytics to support the strategy, always modeling a “one-firm” mentality.
