Purpose: Champion Surgical Vision Commercial Excellence regional capabilities, developing and overseeing strategic capabilities in the areas of Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Consignment management etc., resulting in NTS growth, share gain and profitability. This role will also strategize commercial excellence capability building in the region and local markets to enhance value creation and improve effectiveness / efficiency.
