As Head of Steam Quality & Stationary Technical Services within our Operations Steam Repairs organization, you will establish dedicated leadership for steam quality management and technical services for stationary steam equipment, addressing a critical need for focused oversight in these areas.
Your role is centered around three core pillars: Quality Management, Stationary Technical Services, and Leadership & Operations. A primary focus of your day will be implementing preventative measures across processes and quality systems to proactively reduce non-conformance costs and strengthen overall operational performance.
You will drive the implementation of robust quality standards, ensure the effective management of technical support teams, and maintain strategic alignment with the broader manufacturing goals of the Large Generators unit.
