🚀 The opportunity

As Head of SSC, you will take full ownership of a rapidly growing Service Center in Gdańsk and lead its evolution through the next phases of maturity.

You will build on existing structures, scale service delivery, and expand the portfolio beyond Finance into HR, IT, Procurement and other business support functions. You'll partner closely with global stakeholders to ensure the SSC delivers measurable value, operational excellence, and long‑term scalability.
