Manage the Sourcing team operations aligned with the company’s OTD (On-Time Delivery) objectives, ensuring information is properly updated across systems.
Identify, map, and develop local and regional suppliers.
Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and monitor achieved marginal profitability.
Ensure suppliers meet delivery commitments while maintaining updated order statuses and delivery dates.
Coordinate orders with the Sales, Logistics, Administration, and Finance departments.
Reduce additional lead times in delivery processes.
