Job Description

本岗位的使命是领导、规划、协调、执行及管控所有供应链相关活动与职能，确保达成预算及供应链目标（如最大化交付表现、降低成本与库存），并代表工厂 / 运营单元对内外部相关方进行供应链管理领域的沟通与对接。供应链经理需主导、管理并落地供应链全流程持续改善行动计划。

The mission of the position is to lead, plan, coordinate, implement and control all supply chain activities and functions to meet budget and supply chain targets ( maximize delivery performance, reduce cost and inventories) and to represent the plant/operations unit towards internal and external contacts regarding SCM topics. The Supply Chain Manager initiates, manages and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all supply chain relevant processes.

1. 领导工厂 / 运营单元的所有供应链活动与流程

Lead all supply chain activities and processes for the plant/operations unit

2. 基于工厂 / 运营单元、业务单元供应链及集团战略，制定工厂供应链战略并转化为可执行的行动计划

Define the plant supply chain strategy and translate into action plans based on plant/operations unit, BA SCM and Group strategy
