The Head of School ( CBSE) provides overall leadership and management of the school staff, academic curricula and co-curricular programs.
The incumbent is expected to define, monitor, and measure the performance of all systems and processes within the stream. In consultation with the Chairperson, the Head of School participates in developing the school values, vision, mission, goals, and strategies . S/He is then responsible for continuous improvement of the institution within the context of the School Strategic Plan. S/He will conceptualize and propose goals, strategies and programs to the Chairperson; obtain School Board’s concurrence; and be responsible to the Board for the agreed upon results.
