BASIS Charter Schools is seeking qualified candidates in the Phoenix Metro Area for future Head of School openings for the 2023/2024 school year!
Education And Experience - Bachelor's Degree; Masters preferred
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 5-7 years' experience in a school setting, preferably charter or independent
- 2+ years' experience managing, leading and motivating people
Job Responsibilities - Acts as the educational leader of the school, responsible for its day to day academic operation
- Directs the activities of the faculty
- Chief Articulator of the mission and goals of BASIS for faculty, parents and students
- Observes, supervise and evaluates faculty in the development and implementation of curriculum
- Ensures an environment in which learning can take place through a school climate that is supportive and high morale
