Job Description

• Focusing on business development on new accounts to grow their market share within the region
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service to existing key accounts
• Lead the sales team to grow and focus on sales skillset and developmental growth
• Work with pre-sales team to deliver value propositions and sales pitches
• Establish a strong team culture and structure
