The position involves working as part of an established Southern Project Sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Director.
The role primarily focuses on leading and developing a sales team. A key aspect of the role is supporting the Sales and Operations Directors by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data to inform strategic decision‑making, while simultaneously driving the team’s development and performance. In addition to team leadership, the successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively generating, managing, and securing their own sales orders.
