Position Overview
What You’ll Do
People leadership - Lead and develop a global team of ~35 Event Specialists and Managers
- Set clear performance standards, coach and develop talent, and build a strong team culture
- Drive change across a large, growing team - bringing people with you along the journey
Commercial accountability - Own revenue targets, converting pipeline into booked events and hitting quarterly goals consistently
- Set KPIs, report on performance, find the gaps, and drive growth
- Work with Finance and RevOps on planning and forecasting
Operational excellence - Define and embed quality standards across the team
- Build strong relationships with our Sales organisation - Account Managers are a critical pipeline source and this role needs to own that relationship
