As Head of Sales, you will lead and grow our residential solar sales division, driving performance and achieving ambitious growth targets. Your core focus will be managing the sales pipeline, coaching the team, and ensuring consistent results.
You will directly manage and develop the Sales team, providing them with the tools, training, and support needed to excel. While your primary role is strategic leadership, youll also step in to support key sales activities from advisory calls site visits and deal closures.
Reporting to the Country Manager, this high-impact role works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. You will also lead initiatives to improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and drive rooftop solar adoption in Malaysia.
