Key scope Lead end-to-end launch strategy, pricing, market positioning, and sales performance Drive branding, campaigns, digital, events, and customer journey excellence Manage internal sales teams, agency partners, and broker networks Build relationships with HNW buyers, investors, and private client channels Own revenue targets, absorption, pipeline, and sales forecasting Partner with Development and senior leadership on phasing and product strategy
Requirements 15+ years in Singapore residential sales & marketing Proven track record in luxury / premium project launches Strong leadership across sales teams and agency channels Deep understanding of pricing, buyer behaviour, and market cycles Exposure to branded residences or mixed-use projects is highly preferred
