Position Overview
We make active clothing for women and girls who dare. We’re hiring a Head of Sales who’s a true brand fan: passionate, commercial, fun, and ready for anything.
**As Head of Sales,** you own our growth: leading the sales plan, orderbook and forecasting (with Purchasing), pricing and margin (with GM/Product), and building seasonal go-to-market plans, including segmentation, channel strategy, sales tools and meetings, partnering with Marketing, Ops and sales teams. You would bring market feedback into design, support seasonal buys and sample planning.
**You bring**: 8+ years’ sales leadership in sports/outdoor/apparel, proven growth and margin wins, S&OP/forecasting skills, key account/channel expertise, distributor/agent experience, fluent Norwegian and English. You coach teams, love data, travel happily, and thrive in seasonal rhythms.
