Job Title: Head of Sales
Work scope & Location: UAE
Key Qualifications - Proven track record of sales leadership in the UAE automotive sector (minimum 5 years).
- Strong sales achievements, with documented success in exceeding targets and scaling sales operations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
- Independent, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the chinese automotive brands will be advantageous.
