Position Overview
A high-growth consumer business in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Head of Sales to lead revenue across modern trade, traditional trade, and key accounts. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can build a high-performing sales engine, tighten execution, and scale profitable growth.
What you’ll own - Set and deliver the sales strategy across channels (MT/TT/Key Accounts; eCom if applicable)
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage the sales leadership team and wider field force
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning with clear weekly/monthly cadence
- Build strong relationships with key retailers/distributors and negotiate commercial terms
- Drive route-to-market excellence: coverage, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotions
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category to improve execution and margins
