Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute multi‑year regional sales strategy aligned with aligned with the Bioindustries & Commodities business group strategy.
• Drive commercial excellence initiatives to expand market share in food manufacturing, including value‑added ingredients, specialty solutions, and co‑development partnerships.
• Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to shape strategic priorities.
