Job Title: Head – Retail Operations Mumbai ₹40–45 LPA Premium / Luxury Home Décor Brand We are looking for an experienced Head – Retail Operations to lead and manage multi-store operations for a premium/luxury home décor brand. The candidate should have strong expertise in retail operations, team management, customer experience, and business growth across multiple EBOs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end retail operations across stores - Drive sales, profitability, and store productivity - Ensure luxury customer experience and VM standards - Manage store teams, training, and performance - Oversee inventory, SOPs, and operational efficiency - Support new store launches and retail expansion Candidate Profile: ✔ 10–15+ years of retail operations experience ✔ Background from premium/luxury retail brands ✔ Experience managing multiple EBOs ✔ Preferred exposure to home décor, furniture, or lifestyle brands ✔ Strong leadership and commercial acumen
