Head of Retail Media
Your Role
As Head of Retail Media, you’ll lead the strategic and commercial development of Iceland’s omni‑channel retail media proposition, transforming retail assets and audience data into a premium media product.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the retail media roadmap, income delivery and innovation agenda. Your immediate focus will be on embedding retail media into the trade plan and commercial calendar, moving beyond “business as usual” promotions to unlock incremental, high‑margin revenue through data‑led solutions.
Working cross‑functionally across Category, Marketing, Trade Planning, Data, IT and Store Operations, you’ll act as the internal expert for retail media and digital transformation, ensuring Iceland stands out in a fast‑growing and competitive market.
