We are looking for a commercially driven retail marketing leader to lead offline retail growth and execution across Indonesia.

This role will be responsible for driving strong retail visibility, shopper engagement, and execution excellence across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channels within a multi-distributor business model.

We are looking for someone who understands how to translate brand and commercial priorities into impactful retail execution while leading multiple retail marketing functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
