Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Lead business unit performance, including profit & loss responsibility and revenue growth Define and drive the vision and mission of the qualitative research function in alignment with overall business strategy Develop and manage client relationships, driving new business and long-term partnerships Deliver strategic insights and high-value solutions based on research data Oversee and ensure excellence in all fieldwork operations, including quality control, vendor management and compliance Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with company priorities Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated client solutions Foster a strong people and culture agenda by building, developing and engaging high performing teams across team members.
