Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of Quality Assurance frameworks across all project locations and regional offices.
Establish, harmonize, review, and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements for Transmission Line and Substation projects.
Ensure organization-wide adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements and project-specific customer quality standards.
Plan and execute management reviews, internal quality audits, process evaluations, and compliance reviews across projects and operational clusters.
Track and analyze quality performance indicators, non-conformance trends, audit observations, and corrective/preventive action effectiveness.
Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of digital quality management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
