Role Overview

The Head of Property & Expansion Planning is responsible for leading the company's growth through strategic site acquisition, property management, and expansion initiatives. This role ensures optimal location selection, timely execution of expansion plans, and alignment with the organization's long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Expansion Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the company's property acquisition and expansion roadmap.
• Identify strategic locations for new branches, stores, or facilities based on market analysis and business objectives.
