Oversee, supervise, direct, monitor and coordinate the functions/operations of the Appraisal Department.
Review, draft memoranda, correspondence and replies to queries of clients.
Review and present assessed value of properties from written reports and attached supporting documents for eventual presentation of decisions after data analysis.
Forward proposals and justification on future purchase/deferment of investment or property for action of the company.
Prepare/Review reports and documents of appraisal and ensure factuality, completeness, timeliness, and reliability of the contents.
Assist in the design of strategies to resolve appraisal business issues and evaluate potential property acquisition in the market.
Ensure the update of database on appraised properties.
