Purpose
To manage and lead assigned Property underwriting LOBs for CI.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the selection/denial of new and/or renewal businessUnderwrite and analyze new and renewal business within delegated authority levelsDemonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in PropertyAdminister and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating manual rulesRecommend and implement action plans after reviewing agency books of business and profit/growth results and trendsDevelop and maintain distribution relationships in support of business retention and acquisition and work with customers where appropriate to determine their insurance-related needs and provide solutionsSupport the organization's sales culture by being a Help Point for agents, brokers, and customers.Assure development and implementation of poli...
