The Head of Projects is responsible for overseeing the Project Management team and ensuring the successful delivery of all projects, including content, programming, resource management, commercial performance, stakeholder relations and overall delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

• Validate incoming pitches to ensure a healthy and strategic project pipeline.
• Manage review and evolve project management processes for efficiency and quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the Project Management team and individual members.
• Allocate resources and build teams to deliver outstanding events across all clients.
